Our rugs are compatible with most standard washing machines, but, just to be safe, here are a few guidelines.

*If your washing machine is smaller than the size recommended for your rug, we suggest visiting your local laundromat, which typically have 14+ kg capacity washing machines. For more info, visit our Washing Machine Guide.

As our rugs are made to order, we expect your order to ship within 2 weeks from the order placement date, and then allow for about 1 week for delivery once it has left our warehouse. (total delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks) Please Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
