Daily Maintenance

• Shake, sweep, or vacuum to remove dirt, dust, and debris.

• Treat small stains with a spot cleaner or soap and water.

Deep Clean

• Detach rug cover from pad for easier cleaning.

• Shake or sweep to remove dirt, dust and debris prior to machine washing. 

• Machine wash rug cover in cold water using a mild, non-bleach detergent. Tumble-dry on air fluff mode or lay flat to air-dry. Click to view our Washer Size Requirements. 

• Rinse rug pad with a garden hose or spot clean with soap and water. Then, lay flat to air-dry.

Storage

• Roll (don’t fold) your rug cover with the design side facing out.

As our rugs are made to order, we expect your order to ship within 2 weeks from the order placement date, and then allow for about 1 week for delivery once it has left our warehouse. (total delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks) Please Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
